How to potty train a poodle on puppy pads?

How to get the  poodle used to the puppy pad can take patience, perseverance and a positive approach. Here are some useful tips to facilitate this process:
1. Choice of the puppy pad : Be sure to choose a puppy pad that fits the size of our poodle. It must be large enough for him to turn and stretch comfortably.
2. Placement of the puppy pad : Place the puppy pad in a quiet and accessible place in the house, away from its sleeping area and meals. This will help associate the puppy pad with a space sufficiently separated from food and rest.
3. Using positive reinforcement : Reward and praise the puppy whenever he uses the puppy pad correctly. Positive reinforcement will encourage him to repeat the desired behavior and get the poodle used to the puppy pad.
4. Patience and perseverance : It can take a few weeks for our poodle to learn how to use a puppy pad. Be patient and consistent in your approach, avoiding punishing him if he makes mistakes.
5. Routine : Establish a routine, encouraging him to use the puppy pad after meals, before bed and immediately after waking up.
6. Supervision : Until the poodle has completely mastered the use of the puppy pad, supervise him closely and intercept any attempts to use other areas of the house such as bathroom.
How to get the poodle used to the puppy pad requires patience, consistency and a positive approach. Remember to congratulate yourself for every small success along the way and be patient during any difficulties .
