WHITE TOY POODLE “ETI” PREPARES FOR DOG SHOW
Eti, an elegant white toy poodle obviously with pedigree, is enthusiastically preparing for the upcoming dog show organized by ENCI.
Participating in a ‘dog show is a wonderful experience both for us and for “ETI” although it is necessary to manage the stress of the dog when it is in its first experiences therefore an experienced handler, accompanies it in this adventure with dedication, love and a lot of professionalism.
Preparation for the exhibition begins weeks before the event. Eti and his handler engage in intense training to make sure the little white toy poodle is in top shape and ready to appear in the ring in front of the ‘experienced judge.
They focus on gait, posture and temperament so that he can show his best self during competition. But preparation is not just limited to training. Grooming is an essential element in ensuring that Eti is flawless in the ring….
His white coat is cared for with dedication by an experienced groomer who specializes in the “tramp” breed, carefully brushed and then carefully groomed in one of the options allowed by the standard. For him, we opted for the ” PUPPY CLIP ” cut.
The nails are carefully trimmed, and the ears and eyes are gently cleaned. Exposition day, Eti and her handler arrive early to find the best place in the ring. The atmosphere is electrifying, full of excitement and tension. Eti, with his proud bearing and natural elegance, feels ready despite his lack of experience and the presence of so many other dogs that often unnerves novice poodles…
THE DAY OF THE EXPO
When it is time to enter the ring, Eti shines. His handler introduces him with confidence, guiding him gracefully along the course. Eti moves with grace and confidence, showing all the details for which he has been so diligently prepared. The exposure experience is a triumph for Eti and her handler. Regardless of the final outcome of an expo, the special bond between them was strengthened by their shared commitment and passion for the beauty and elegance of show dogs.
